1. Who we are

AMP PRO (“the service”, the app and this website) is provided by Media Ventures LTD (“we”, “us”). By using the app or website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. A player, not a content provider

AMP PRO is a media player. We do not provide, host, stream, sell, supply, recommend or link to any channels, movies, shows, playlists or other content, and nothing is included with the app. You must have the legal right to access every playlist and stream you add, and you must use AMP PRO only with content you are licensed or otherwise lawfully entitled to watch. Any content you play comes from a third party you have chosen, and we have no control over it and no responsibility for it.

3. What you must not do

• Use AMP PRO to access, copy, share or distribute content without the right to do so.
• Use AMP PRO to infringe copyright, trademarks or any other rights.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or make automated sign-ups.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.

If you do any of these we may suspend or remove your access without notice.

4. Your account

Keep your password and login code private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. A personal account includes 5 devices. We may limit or switch off an account that is shared widely, abused, or used to break the law.

5. Premium

Premium adds backup and sync features. It is sold through Google Play, and Google’s payment terms apply, including billing, cancellation and refunds. Free trials end automatically. Premium does not include any content.

6. Third-party services

The app can play streams from providers you choose. Those providers are independent of us. We are not responsible for their service, their content, their prices or their legality.

7. Availability, and no warranty

We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Media Ventures LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for anything arising from the content you choose to play. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
