Copyright policy

AMP PRO does not host, store, stream or index any copyrighted works. Our servers contain no channels, movies, shows or playlists. If you believe something you found is infringing, the party that hosts or streams it is the one that can remove it.

We respect copyright

Media Ventures LTD respects the rights of creators and rights holders and expects everyone who uses AMP PRO to do the same. AMP PRO is a media player. Content that plays in it comes from third-party sources chosen by the user, never from us. Using AMP PRO to watch content you have no right to watch is a breach of our terms.

If you are a rights holder

Because we do not host any content, we generally cannot take a work down. The most effective step is to contact the service that actually hosts or streams it. If you believe an account on our website is being used to infringe, or that something on this website itself infringes your rights, please send us a notice with:

Your name, company and contact details.
A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
Where the material is, with enough detail for us to find it (for example, the address of the page on this website).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Send it to support@amppro.tv with the subject “Copyright notice”. We review complete notices promptly. We may pass the notice, and your details, to the person it concerns. Please do not send a notice unless you are sure: knowingly false claims can have legal consequences.

Counter-notice

If we remove or disable something because of a notice and you believe that was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice at the same address with your contact details, a description of what was removed and where it was, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringers

We will suspend or close the accounts of people who are repeatedly found to be infringing copyright through our service, where we are able to identify them.
