AMP PRO is a media player. It does not provide, host or sell any channels, movies or shows. You bring your own playlist from a provider you are licensed to use.
If you create an account on this website: your email address, an optional name, and a secure hash of your password (we cannot read your password). If you save a playlist in your account we store its server address and username, and its password encrypted.
If you ask to be notified when accounts open: only your email address, used to tell you once that accounts are open.
When a device signs in: a device identifier (a hashed hardware identifier and/or an app-generated ID), the device model name, the app version, the platform, and the IP address it connected from. We use these to apply your device limit, to recognise a reinstalled device, and to keep the service secure. They are not used for advertising.
If you use Premium backup and sync: your favourites, watch history and settings, stored against your account so they can be restored on your devices.
If you send us a problem report or a suggestion from the app: what you wrote or recorded, and basic details about your device.
Purchases: Premium is paid through Google Play. Google handles your payment details; we receive only confirmation that a subscription is active.
We do not sell your data. We do not show advertising. We do not build profiles about you for third parties. We do not collect the contents of your playlist or what you watch for any purpose other than the backup and sync features you switch on.
We email you only to confirm your address, to reset a password, to tell you accounts are open if you asked, and about your account. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Our systems and the staff who run them. If your provider gave you a login code, that provider can see your devices and their names for the account they manage. We use hosting and email companies to run the service, and Google Play for payments.
This website uses one cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms from forgery. It is needed for the account area to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party analytics.
Until you delete your account or ask us to. Notify-me emails are deleted once we have told you, or when you ask. Short-lived security records (such as sign-in attempts) are cleared automatically.
You can see your devices and playlists in your account, remove any of them, and delete your whole account yourself from Profile & security. Wherever you live, you can email support@amppro.tv to ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them.
AMP PRO is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. Kids profiles are a parental control inside the app, set up by an adult.
